Social Shopping Feed

Great deals shouldn't stay secret. The Social Shopping Feed lets you share deals you find, discover what other shoppers are posting, and follow your favorite stores to never miss a bargain.

How It Works

The feed is a community-driven stream of deal posts. When you spot a great price at a store, you can post it for others to see. Other shoppers can upvote deals they've confirmed and downvote ones that are expired or inaccurate. The result is a constantly updated, crowd-curated list of the best deals happening right now.

Browsing the Feed

The feed is organized into three tabs so you can find deals the way that works best for you:

• Trending -- The most popular deals right now, ranked by a combination of upvotes, recency, and relevance. This is the default view and surfaces the deals that the community finds most valuable.
• Recent -- The newest deals first, regardless of popularity. Good for checking what's been posted in the last few hours.
• Following -- Deals only from stores you follow. This is a personalized feed based on the stores you care about most.

Posting a Deal

Found a great price? Share it with the community.

1. Tap "Share a Deal" -- Open the deal posting form from the feed.
2. Select the store -- Pick which store you found the deal at.
3. Enter the details -- Add the item name, the deal price, and optionally the regular price so the savings percentage is calculated automatically.
4. Add a description -- Include any helpful context, like "limit 2 per customer" or "manager's special, today only."
5. Post it -- Your deal goes live in the feed immediately.

You can also set an expiration date if you know when the deal ends, so it automatically fades from the feed when it's no longer valid.

Voting on Deals

Voting keeps the feed useful and trustworthy.

• Upvote -- Confirm that a deal is real and worth checking out. Upvoted deals rise in the Trending tab.
• Downvote -- Flag deals that are expired, inaccurate, or misleading. Downvoted deals sink in the rankings.
• Toggle -- Tap the same vote button again to remove your vote if you change your mind.

Following Stores

Follow stores to build a personalized deal feed.

• Follow -- Tap the follow button on any store to add it to your Following tab.
• Unfollow -- Changed stores or moved to a new area? Unfollow anytime.
• Stay updated -- When someone posts a deal at a store you follow, it shows up in your Following tab.

Tips

• The best deal posts include the regular price for comparison. Seeing "$2.99 (normally $5.49)" is much more compelling than just "$2.99."
• Check the Trending tab before heading to the store -- you might discover a deal that changes your shopping plan.
• Following your regular stores keeps your feed relevant. If you shop at three stores, follow those three and your Following tab becomes a targeted deal digest.
• When you see a deal in the store, take a moment to upvote it. A quick tap helps the whole community know it's legit.
